Receptionist  job position available as a Office Administrator in George. Salary between R6 500 – R8 500


  • Grade 12
  • Strong Admin Skills
  • Good people skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Receipting and billing experience
  • Must be neat and tidy
  • Knowledge of TIME and Windeed programs is very beneficial



  • Receipting and billing using TIME
  • Answering phones
  • Deal with clients
  • Keeping control of incoming and outgoing post (Financials and Client Books)
  • Filling electronically and in files
  • Windeed searches
  • Printing of financials statements
  • Updating Client Address Book
  • Stationary and office goods control and ordering
  • Responsible for downstairs lock up


Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday 7h30 to 4h30  (1 hour lunch)
  • Friday 8h00 to 16h00  (half hour lunch)



6 500  – R 8 500 experience dependent
