Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Foreman
- Must have experience with large scale developments
- Own transport
- Contactable references
Duties:
- Setting out of site
- Measuring
- Ordering relevant materials
- Fort nightly program reports
- Overseeing all construction
- Managing sub contractors
- Overall site management
Salary:
- Market related and dependent on experience
