Experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager and FOH for a very up-market establishment. This restaurant will sell only the best quality products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in restaurant management in a similar environment
• Must have contactable references
• Must have waitering experience
• Can work under pressure
• Able to work 16 hour shifts (if required)
• No Dependents – no kids
• Married – preferably not
• Conflict Management Skills
• People Skills / Public Relation Skills
• Accounting or Cash up experience

Duties:

• Assisting with day to day running of the restaurant
• Stock management (full function)
• Staff management
• Staff rosters
• Etc
