Receptionist job position available as a Office Administrator in George. Salary between R6 500 – R8 500
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Strong Admin Skills
- Good people skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Receipting and billing experience
- Must be neat and tidy
- Knowledge of TIME and Windeed programs is very beneficial
Duties:
- Receipting and billing using TIME
- Answering phones
- Deal with clients
- Keeping control of incoming and outgoing post (Financials and Client Books)
- Filling electronically and in files
- Windeed searches
- Printing of financials statements
- Updating Client Address Book
- Stationary and office goods control and ordering
- Responsible for downstairs lock up
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 7h30 to 4h30 (1 hour lunch)
- Friday 8h00 to 16h00 (half hour lunch)
Salary:
6 500 – R 8 500 experience dependent
