Restaurant Duty Manager – Knysna (R8 – 9K)
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Min 3 years experience

Duties:
- Manage waiters
- Schedule staff to ensure coverage of all shifts
- Brief staff at shift start and end on daily goals and performance
- Set example of friendliness and energy among staff daily
- Meet customers and ensure their needs are met
- Actively manage table preparation, seating and table usage
- Daily check on stock levels of all relevant food items and accessories
- Hourly checks on customer service and hygiene
- Achieve 80% time on floor vs 20% back office
- Set dress/uniform/behavior standard
- Manage cashing up, restocking and day end
